Sometimes it's not AI.
Every tool you bought was supposed to fix something. I figure out where the work is actually breaking down, then I fix it.
What it costs
- Technology InventoryFind out what you're actually paying for. Two hours together, and a written inventory back within a week.
- $750
- Second OpinionBefore you buy it. An honest read on something you've been quoted, from someone who doesn't get paid either way.
- $1,200
- Fix What's BrokenFixed price. Defined outcome. No hourly billing.
- from $3,500
- Build What's MissingFixed price. Defined outcome. Scoped from an inventory, never from a first conversation.
- from $6,000
- Ongoing OwnershipThe answer to "who owns this now?" Roughly half a day a month. Available after we've worked together at least once.
- from $1,000/mo
The inventory and second opinion are fixed. Fixes and builds are quoted off an inventory, so the 'from' figures hold until there is something real to price. I don't resell software or take referral fees from vendors.
How I work
- Who
- I do the work myself. No account team, no handoff to someone junior, and a fixed price agreed before anything starts.
- Track
- Twelve years of enterprise product design and UX before this, on a BA in visual communication design. BambooHR, Kantata, ArbiterSports. One spreadsheet process cut from four hours to fifteen minutes, as the designer inside the company rather than a consultant brought in to advise.
- Scope
- Not every problem is a software problem. I audit any system with people moving through it, a workflow, an approval chain, a supply chain, and hand you a prioritized fix list.
- Credential
- AI and the Human Element, Weber State University.Verify ↗
